Integration Details
The Names & Faces Connector securely reads employee data from ADP Workforce Now® to automatically create and maintain employee records in Names & Faces. Employee profiles, reporting lines, photos, and organizational structures remain aligned through scheduled and on-demand syncs.
New employees are automatically created, employee updates are synchronized, and terminated employees are deactivated, helping clients maintain accurate information without ongoing duplicate administration.
The integration uses ADP identity for secure authentication and supports automatic user provisioning. It is one-way and read-only from ADP® to Names & Faces, ensuring ADP® remains the system of record and Names & Faces cannot modify employee records in ADP®.
